Job Summary: We are looking for someone to support our Recruitment and Selection team by assisting in candidate admission processes and administrative routines, as well as providing communication support to candidates. Want to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support candidate admission processes, ensuring document organization and deadline compliance * Assist in conducting administrative routines of the department * Provide communication support to candidates throughout the selection process (scheduling, follow-ups, guidance) * Contribute to organizing and tracking selection processes, supporting the team in operational stages **Requirements and Qualifications** * Strong communication skills * Comfort interacting with people daily * Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of high school or have completed high school * Good organizational skills **Additional Information** Our story began 27 years ago at a small booth at Babilônia Feira Hype, where two friends, Kátia Barros and Marcelo Bastos, shared their creations and spread positive energy.
