Job Summary: A professional to work on planning, structuring, and implementing logistics projects, contract management, and indicator analysis, with a focus on cost optimization and continuous improvement. Development and analysis of operational and financial indicators **Key Responsibilities** * Support the **planning and structuring of logistics projects** (warehousing, transportation, inventory, and healthcare operations) * Participate in **pricing activities** (costs, team sizing – FTE, CAPEX/OPEX, commercial proposals) * Participate in the **implementation of logistics operations**, ensuring adherence to the contracted scope * Conduct **contract management and monitoring**, focusing on performance and profitability * Develop and analyze **operational and financial indicators (KPIs)** * Prepare **technical and executive materials** to support senior management * Conduct **economic feasibility analyses and cost optimization** * Support **process standardization and continuous improvement** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **healthcare / hospital sector** * Knowledge of **WMS / TMS / ERP systems (SAP is a plus)** * Experience in **consulting or project implementation** * Familiarity with **Lean / continuous improvement concepts** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in **logistics operations or logistics projects** * Experience with **cost modeling and service pricing** * Knowledge of **operational modeling** (team sizing, processes, workflows) * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (financial models, simulations, dashboards) * Analytical, structured profile with strong communication skills Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
