Plan and supervise meal production according to the established menu. Coordinate the kitchen team by assigning tasks and monitoring execution. Control food quality to ensure standards and food safety. Manage production costs and kitchen ingredient consumption. Develop and adjust preparations as required by operational needs. Previous experience as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Executive Cook, or Food and Beverage Manager may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
