Design and evolve internal tools and operational workflows. Translate internal users' needs into intuitive experiences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, technology, data, etc.). Previous experience as a Mid-Level Interaction Designer, Mid-Level User Experience Designer, Mid-Level Interface Designer, or UX Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
