**What are we looking for?** **Main responsibilities:** Create intuitive, useful, and efficient solutions that meet customer needs; Have product vision and knowledge of the stages involved in a successful design solution; Maintain good relationships and communication with the multidisciplinary team; Pay attention to aesthetic sense in visual design and information architecture; Plan qualitative and quantitative tests and research; Know best practices and standards for design production; Be curious and proactive in improving design artifacts. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields (in progress or completed). Knowledge of UX and UI: user-centered design principles, information architecture, wireframes, and prototyping. Design tools: experience with Figma. Understanding of responsive design: adaptation to different devices and screen sizes. Knowledge of digital accessibility. Basic knowledge of Design System. Familiarity with user research. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (desirable, not mandatory).
