Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, including project plan analysis, team monitoring, material control, and coordination of construction processes. Key Highlights: 1. Full construction site supervision and quality control. 2. Coordination of teams and materials for efficiency. 3. Interpretation of project drawings and waste management. Will be responsible for supervising the construction project from start to finish. Analyze technical instructions in project documents together with other professionals (thus requiring knowledge and ability to interpret project drawings), assist in setting up the construction site, monitor the team as well as quality standards, control all materials—including their entry and exit—and coordinate the entire team. * Manage construction waste and ensure it is minimized; * Control material usage to prevent waste; * Coordinate the installation of structural components at the construction site, the site itself (site demarcation), and the entire process of actual construction and finishing; * Guide the team to work according to the schedule and deadlines; * Interpret blueprints, scales, and diagrams. **Desired Education and Experience:** Relevant experience in this role. **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Campo Grande **City:** Rio de Janeiro Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month
