Job Summary: Support the configuration and preparation of devices and equipment, assist in tracking service tickets, and provide basic system and equipment configuration support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities and Duties Support the configuration and preparation of devices and equipment for new employees and workstations, ensuring full functionality; Assist in tracking and closing service tickets in the internal system, contributing to meeting deadlines and user satisfaction; Provide support for basic system and equipment adjustments and configurations, following IT department guidelines and procedures; Provide first-line support for simple employee inquiries, ensuring agility and efficiency in support. Requirements and Qualifications **Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in:** Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Aged between 18 and 22.
