The goal is to prepare students for the technical and operational routines of the pharmacy sector, focusing on excellent customer service, inventory organization, and current pharmaceutical legislation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classes and actively participating in pedagogical development, contributing to the creation of effective learning materials. We seek an energetic individual with strong student retention ability and a technical-practical profile. ️ **Work Schedule:** Tuesdays, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM **Responsibilities** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes on basic pharmacology, medication dispensing, anatomy and physiology, and pharmaceutical legislation. * Actively contribute to the development and updating of lesson plans and teaching materials, creating customized content and exercises tailored to class needs. * Plan dynamic lessons that maintain student engagement and motivation, supporting retention and preventing dropout. * Apply reinforcement activities and simulations of real-life situations (e.g., prescription reading, customer service, shelf organization, and pharmaceutical calculations). * Monitor individual student progress, recording attendance and performance in the school’s system. * Participate in pedagogical meetings to align teaching practices with Escola Master’s objectives. * Maintain a courteous, ethical, and motivating attitude, serving as a professional role model for students. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (*active CRF registration is a plus*). * Technical proficiency in Good Dispensing Practices and medication storage. * Professional experience in commercial, hospital, or compounding pharmacies. * Ability to create or adapt supplementary teaching materials. * Strong communication skills, dynamism, and interpersonal ease with youth and adults. * **Plus: Prior teaching or team training experience.** **What We Offer:** * **Compensation:** R$30 – R$35 per teaching hour * Transportation allowance. * Collaborative work environment focused on results and professional growth. ### **Selection Process Steps** To ensure the selected professional aligns with Escola Master’s culture and objectives, our selection process follows these steps: * **Resume Screening:** Initial review of profiles and prior experience. * **HR Interview:** Assessment of cultural fit, communication skills, and availability. * **Technical Assessment / Trial Class:** Short simulated class (micro-lesson) to evaluate teaching methodology, technical subject mastery, and ability to simplify complex concepts. * **Coordination Interview:** Alignment on material development, teaching methodology, and class assignments. * **Hiring:** Formalization and welcome to the new team member!
