Familiarity with Corporate Innovation methodologies and the electric power sector Join a company that loves transforming through technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** VALUATION ANALYST (Mid-level or Senior) * Finance and Valuation * Ability to understand and build financial analyses (financial modeling via Discounted Cash Flow projections) * Critical-analytical ability to translate business problems and processes into financial valuation logic * Proficiency in essential corporate finance terms and indicators (NPV, CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, WACC, etc.) * Detail-oriented profile, capable of understanding third-party financial models and ensuring consistency of assumptions and calculations * Clear verbal and written communication in Portuguese appropriate for the corporate environment * Familiarity with methodologies and technical terms related to Corporate Innovation (hypotheses and uncertainties, technological maturity, market validation, etc.) * Knowledge of the Brazilian electric power sector, with prior experience at a power generation or transmission company * Knowledge of statistics and probabilistic financial analyses involving multiple scenarios and variables * Basic work tools * Advanced Excel (financial formulas, precedent auditing, logical formatting, creation and manipulation of pivot tables, creation and manipulation of charts, creation and manipulation of tables) * Intermediate PowerPoint (creation and maintenance of basic presentations and executive reports) * Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) * Knowledge of Excel VBA (for automating complex calculations and updating related databases) **Requirements and Qualifications** **Additional Information** Want to learn more about us and join the team building the future? **\#JoinSpread** **Transforming the World with Technology** We are nearly 2,500 Spreaders, distributed across 22 Brazilian states through Spread Anywhere, enabling us to work **100% remotely**, depending on the contract model.
