As a SaaS QA Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software through thorough testing and analysis. You will collaborate closely with developers and project managers to identify testing requirements, develop test cases, and execute manual and automated testing processes. If you thrive in a fast\-paced environment and are passionate about improving software quality and user experience, we invite you to apply! ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze functional requirements and create detailed test plans and scenarios * Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality across our SaaS applications * Document defects and issues and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution * Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on quality and testing perspectives * Monitor and report on testing progress and results to stakeholders * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 2\+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably within SaaS * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes * Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman) * Ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred * Detail\-oriented with a commitment to delivering high\-quality software * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
