Our objective is to independently assess Bradesco Organization's processes, thereby contributing to risk mitigation and ensuring process adequacy and effectiveness of Internal Controls, in compliance with internal and external policies, standards, and regulations. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Rio de Janeiro – RJ **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Auditor, you will work within the CO GESTAO SAUDE/BARE I management unit, and your main responsibilities will include: * Verifying that data collected for audits is accurate and relevant, maintaining confidentiality of all information obtained, and meeting established deadlines for each audit phase; * Supporting preparation of required reports and documentation; * Identifying and communicating preliminary irregularities or non-conformities; * Becoming familiar with and complying with applicable current financial sector regulations, and actively participating in audit planning and alignment meetings; * Correctly using designated audit tools and software, maintaining clear and detailed records of all activities performed; * Identifying and suggesting areas for personal training or development; conducting preliminary interviews and gathering information from audited areas under supervision; * Adhering to standards and protocols established by The Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA) Quality Assurance (QA); * Monitoring updates and changes in financial sector regulations; occasionally being available for travel or relocation necessary to conduct audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree either in progress or completed, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of financial sector regulations; strong written and verbal communication skills; * Familiarity with technological tools and software, including audit-specific applications; * Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines; * Flexibility to adapt to different processes and methodologies; * Basic/intermediate understanding of audit processes within the supplementary health and/or property insurance sectors (ANS/SUSEP); * Experience in the insurance industry (Health and Auto RE). **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR) or Bonus: subject to position eligibility* * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services offered by partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: health, well-being, and quality-of-life program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waiver: special conditions on various products and services * Childcare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, including gestational support through postpartum
