Our objective is to independently evaluate Bradesco Organization’s processes to contribute to risk mitigation, process alignment, and effectiveness of internal controls, in compliance with internal and external policies, standards, and regulations. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Rio de Janeiro – RJ **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Auditor, you will work in the CO GESTAO SAUDE/BARE I management unit, and your main activities will include: * Verify that data collected for audits is accurate and relevant; maintain confidentiality of all information obtained; and meet established deadlines for each audit phase; * Support the preparation of required reports and documentation; * Identify and communicate preliminary irregularities or non-conformities; * Become familiar with and comply with applicable current financial sector regulations, and actively participate in audit planning and alignment meetings; * Use designated audit tools and software correctly, maintaining clear and detailed records of all activities performed; * Identify and suggest areas for personal training or improvement; conduct preliminary interviews and gather information from audited areas under supervision; * Respect standards and protocols established by The Institute of Internal Auditors’ (IIA) Quality Assurance (QA); * Monitor updates and changes in financial sector regulations; occasionally be available for travel or relocation as required to perform audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree currently in progress or completed, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of financial sector regulations; strong written and verbal communication skills; * Familiarity with technological tools and software, including audit-specific applications; * Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines; * Flexibility to adapt to different processes and methodologies; * Basic/intermediate understanding of audit processes in the supplementary health and/or property insurance sectors (ANS/SUSEP); * Experience in the insurance sector (Health and Auto RE). **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * Profit Sharing (PLR) or Bonus: Based on position eligibility* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services offered by partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: Health, Well-being, and Quality of Life Program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: Special conditions across various products and services * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave: 20 days * Maternity Leave: 180 days, including pregnancy assistance through postpartum
