Job Summary: Responsible for managing technical services procurement processes, preparing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and managing contracts using ERP systems and Excel. Key Highlights: 1. Proficient use of ERP systems and advanced Excel **Description:** Key Responsibilities Lead technical services procurement processes across engineering, building maintenance, civil construction, and installations; Prepare and analyze technical and commercial budgets and proposals; Conduct proposal evaluations and supplier negotiations; Monitor service contracts to ensure compliance and performance; Track performance indicators and propose improvements; Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) for procurement management; Generate reports and analyses using advanced Excel; Collaborate with internal departments to identify requirements and align technical specifications. Requirements Technical education in Building Construction or related fields; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration is preferred; Proven experience in technical procurement and contract management; Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on ERP system experience; Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, sense of urgency, and organizational ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders; Experience in multidisciplinary projects; Proactive mindset and strong results orientation.
