Operational and strategic: "hands-on" work and root cause analysis We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technical Leader to serve as the company's technical reference, independently identifying, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance issues to ensure the proper operation of industrial machinery and equipment. This role is both operational and strategic: the individual performs hands-on tasks while also conducting root cause analysis, prioritizing issues, and making technical decisions daily. There is no direct team under this person's supervision — the role emphasizes technical leadership, not people management. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment * Identify mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failures * Diagnose problems using technical reasoning and root cause analysis * Prioritize multiple simultaneous issues * Execute adjustments, repairs, calibrations, and functional tests * Monitor machine performance following interventions * Request necessary parts and materials for maintenance * Record technical incidents and recommend preventive improvements * Provide daily technical support to operations with autonomy and accountability Expected Technical Profile * Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields * Practical experience in an industrial environment * Ability to quickly learn the company's specific machinery * Basic proficiency in reading diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals * Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
