The professional will be responsible for coordinating and leading the team during event execution, ensuring all activities are carried out in an organized and efficient manner. The Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact between the team and clients, ensuring satisfaction and service quality. **Competencies:** Technical Supervision is responsible for supporting General Coordination in its assigned duties. Accordingly, it will participate in planning, coordination, organization, monitoring, supervision, guidance, direction, and control, as directed by General Coordination, operating at the operational level in managing human, financial, and material resources allocated to delivering the services specified in this Terms of Reference, in alignment with administrative techniques. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) in at least one of the following fields: Performing Arts, Social Communication, Marketing, Cultural Production, Tourism, Administration, or Technological Superior Course in Events, or related fields. Enrollment declarations for the listed courses may be accepted, subject to justification review, provided they indicate completion of at least 50% of the course periods or credits; * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in team management, coordination, or supervision, verified by a technical qualification certificate issued by a previous employer and accompanied by the corresponding entry in the employment record book. CAIXA may accept, subject to justification review, proof of experience via portfolio, service provision contract, or letter of recommendation.
