Schedule: **Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.**, with possible **adjustments to working hours** according to the specific needs of the unit. In exceptional circumstances, work may begin before 9 a.m. or extend beyond 10 p.m., depending on demand. **Requirements** * The candidate must hold a degree certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) in at least one of the following fields: Humanities, Applied Social Sciences, or Linguistics, Literature, and Arts; * Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in team management or coordination, verified by a technical qualification certificate issued by a previous employer accompanied by the corresponding entry in the Work Record Book; portfolios, service contracts, or letters of recommendation may be accepted upon evaluation and justification. * One or more certificates for courses in cultural management totaling a minimum of 90 (ninety) classroom hours; proof of enrollment may be accepted, provided a commitment is made to submit the completion certificate later.
