The professional will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, alarm systems, and cabling. Additionally, they must diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensure proper equipment operation, and provide customer support to guarantee satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring mandatory on-site presence. **Salary and Benefits:** R$ 2\.100,00 (may also be reassessed according to experience); Meal voucher worth R$ 23.00 per day; Life insurance; Commission per project sale; **Work Location**: Work involves conducting technical visits across various neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro. The company is located in Niterói; therefore, the employee must attend the office in person once per month. **Qualifications** * **Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:** Ability to efficiently identify and correct technical faults. * **Communication and Customer Service Skills:** Strong communication skills and ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers to deliver support and ensure satisfaction. * **Installation and Cabling:** Experience in cabling and installation of CCTV and alarm systems. * Preferred qualifications include technical certification in this field, knowledge of high-tech security systems, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. * Driver's license category (A) is a plus; Compensation: starting at R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Although the company is located in Niterói, customer service assignments will take place across various neighborhoods in Rio de Janeiro.
