




We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant for the Projects area.** * **Employment type:** CLT * **Work modality:** 100% In-person * **Location:** Vargem Pequena – Rio de Janeiro * **Working hours:** Business hours | Monday to Friday **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct the first contact with the client after the sale and lead the project kick-off; * Monitor contracts, documentation, and installation schedules; * Coordinate schedules and technical team allocations; * Act as the focal point between clients, internal departments, and suppliers; * Support post-sales administrative routines (contracts, payments, and controls); * Monitor project status, deadlines, and KPIs. **Main Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Project Management, or related fields is desirable) * Experience in administrative routines and project monitoring * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Organizational skills, strong communication, and deadline management ability **Preferred Qualifications | Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience in post-sales, technical installations, or projects * ERP knowledge (Sankhya) * Experience in customer service and cross-departmental coordination **Core Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Clear communication and teamwork * Flexibility to handle multiple demands **About MÍDIA IN LED!** We are specialists in transforming ideas into high-impact visual experiences through LED panels, sound, and lighting.
