As Pedagogical Manager, you will be responsible for continuously guiding the pedagogical development of partner schools, aligning teaching practices with institutional guidelines. Conduct regular pedagogical visits to units, evaluating the teaching\-learning process and proposing improvements. Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for teachers and school leaders, ensuring alignment of pedagogical practices with the institution's philosophy. Curate instructional materials, ensuring their suitability for unit needs and continuous updating. Participate in educational and institutional events, representing the pedagogical area and promoting integration between partner schools and the institution. Support school management at partner units, assisting in resolving pedagogical and administrative challenges. Develop and monitor action plans to improve unit performance indicators. You must possess a solid background in education, with proven experience in pedagogical management.
