We commit to understanding each stage of childhood and adolescence and accompany students in a personalized way. **Red Balloon \- English to soar high!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement Red Balloon’s purpose; * Align with Red Balloon Coordinator Characteristics; * Apply the Red Balloon Methodology at your unit; * Support students and their guardians; * Provide ongoing pedagogical support to teachers; * Complete and organize all pedagogical protocols; * Meet deadlines set by Red Balloon; * Conduct pedagogical training and professional development sessions; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Languages, or a related field; * Proven experience in pedagogical coordination or a similar role within educational institutions; * English proficiency: **C1 (advanced); C2 (proficient);** * Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; * Passion for education and commitment to the development of students and teachers; * Certifications: Cambridge: First, Advanced, Proficiency; TOEFL; Michigan; Exchange Programs; Advanced English Certificates. **We aim to expand every student's world by cultivating fascination with learning English.** For 55 years, we have dedicated ourselves to making the learning journey of children and teenagers unforgettable.
