Our commitment is unwavering: we are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—ensuring Scala achieves its goals. **We thirst for the future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-driven environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect, measure, and monitor all refrigeration and mechanical systems and equipment within the data center; * Operate and perform emergency maintenance on the CAG according to internal procedures; * Clean cooling towers; * Operate and maintain fancoils, cooling towers, pumps, self-contained units, and chillers; * Measure electrical and refrigeration parameters of various equipment; * Monitor and supervise third-party maintenance or installation services on-site; * Understand chilled water plants; * Understand electrical and refrigeration diagrams; * Perform maintenance using welding and painting equipment; * Evaluate service quality delivered by external vendors; * Enter comments and log work hours in SIM+; * Implement best practices for data center infrastructure, operations, and maintenance; * Interact with clients and ensure full satisfaction of data center users; * Enforce data center safety norms and policies; * Conduct periodic site patrols; * Respond to tickets in ServiceNow. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Completed High School education; * Technical degree in refrigeration mechanics; * Basic technical English; * Minimum of 2 years of experience; * NR-10; * NR-20; * NR-35; * Basic knowledge: Industrial electricity and data cabling, electrical equipment, reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automation diagrams, CCTV systems, access control and building security, microcomputing, electrical controls, industrial automation, generator sets, UPS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint; * Intermediate knowledge: Mechanical equipment, refrigeration mechanics, building hydraulic systems, chiller operation, Maintenance Management Software, and ServiceNow software; * Advanced knowledge: Occupational Safety. **Additional Information*** **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental Plan; Health Plan; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash card, valued at R$1,250.00 per month; Pension Plan (for eligible positions); Life Insurance; Pet Health Plan; Pharmaceutical Discounts; School Supplies Allowance; Support Allowance for Children with Disabilities (PwD) — special financial support for all CLT employees with children who have disabilities, **with no age limit**.
