Job Summary: The Pedagogical Coordinator plans, monitors, and guides pedagogical activities, ensuring teaching quality and alignment with the school's project. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze assessment results and propose improvements to the educational process. The Pedagogical Coordinator is the professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and guiding the educational institution's pedagogical activities, ensuring the quality of the teaching\-learning process and alignment with the school's pedagogical project. Main Responsibilities * Plan, monitor, and evaluate the institution's pedagogical development. * Guide and support teachers in lesson planning and teaching strategies. * Monitor student performance and propose pedagogical interventions when necessary. * Organize pedagogical meetings and continuous professional development for teaching staff. * Ensure compliance with the curriculum, academic calendar, and educational guidelines. * Participate in the development and updating of the Political\-Pedagogical Project (PPP). * Facilitate communication among school administration, teachers, students, and guardians. * Assist in resolving pedagogical and disciplinary issues. * Analyze assessment results and propose improvements to the educational process. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Pedagogy** or related fields in Education. * Prior experience in pedagogical coordination or educational management. * Knowledge of pedagogical planning, educational assessment, and educational legislation. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
