Join us in living the new! **NOTICE: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **We seek professionals with prior experience in Enterprise Architecture.** * Support the design and implementation of the IT strategy aligned with business objectives. * Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices. * Map the company’s capabilities and services; * Conduct maturity assessments of business capabilities, proposing continuous evolution plans; * Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture, considering applications, data, infrastructure, and security.\- * Maintain the organization’s application portfolio, ensuring its efficiency, integration, and continuous evolution. * Participate in digital transformation and technological landscape rationalization projects. * Define and propose evolutions of business capabilities and their operational models; * Develop strategic roadmaps focused on technological rationalization and modernization; * Enhance existing business architecture artifacts/models within the organization; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Prior experience in Enterprise Architecture.** * Bachelor’s degree in any IT, Engineering, or Mathematics field. * Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) * Experience with EA tools (LeanIX) * Advanced English (desirable). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
