Focus on team development and results enhancement **Responsibilities:** Administer payroll routines; generate and allocate relevant People Department information. Analyze and handle position changes, promotions, internal transfers; responsible for vacation calculations, payroll processing, e\-Social management, FGTS Digital, DCTF Web, as well as payroll-related tax generation. Control and manage employee leaves and return from leave. Responsible for monthly provision of documentation to Accounting and Engineering departments for measurement, spreadsheets, and compliance. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, and/or Administration. Analytical and preventive profile regarding imminent risks. Analytical vision of data and processes within the People Department. Ability to implement initiatives that enhance results, such as training and projects for administrative team development. Organization, teamwork, and agility. Knowledge of the Domínio payroll system and MarqPonto electronic timekeeping system.
