




Job Summary: Responsible for administering payroll routines, managing HR department information, and controlling employee leave. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of payroll routines 2. Management of e-Social and payroll-related taxes 3. Analytical and preventive profile with data and process-oriented vision **Responsibilities:** Administer payroll routines; generate and allocate relevant HR department information. Analyze and handle job position changes, promotions, internal transfers; responsible for vacation calculation, payroll processing, e\-Social management, Digital FGTS, DCTF Web, as well as generation of payroll-related taxes. Control and manage employee leaves and return from leave. Responsible for monthly provision of documentation to Accounting and Engineering departments for measurement, spreadsheets, and compliance purposes. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Production Engineering, and/or Administration. Analytical and preventive profile regarding imminent risks. Analytical vision of HR department data and processes. Ability to implement initiatives that deliver results, such as training and projects for administrative team development. Organization, teamwork, and agility. Knowledge of the Domínio payroll system and MarqPonto electronic timekeeping system.
