He plays a fundamental role in operations, as he is responsible for preparing the sushi items on our menu, delivering the full flavor of haute cuisine and Vasto quality. Join our family! **Responsibilities and duties** Among your activities are: * Preparing ingredients and dishes from the Japanese cold kitchen and the entire menu served to customers; * Cleaning and filleting various types of fish; * Labeling supplies with food expiration dates; * Ensuring food disposal according to label expiration dates; * Separating samples of products processed daily for food safety; * Participating in restaurant events; * Ensuring hygiene, handling, expiration dates, temperature, and PVPS; * Following Technical Sheets for dishes to be prepared; * Checking food expiration dates and temperatures and complying with all Food Safety standards guided by the nutritionist; * Checking the condition and operation of equipment in general, e.g., refrigerators, display cases, utensils. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in this role is required; preferably at least 1 year.
