Our role involves supporting HR Benefits and Operations processes at Globo, including: hiring, termination, time tracking, health and dental plans, meal and food vouchers, reimbursements, among others. Our focus is on the employee experience throughout their entire journey at the company, as well as on automating and continuously improving day-to-day processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical day will include:** * Conducting critical analysis of departmental processes, supporting mapping, gap identification, prioritization, and implementation of improvement projects; * Proposing new solutions, improvements, and innovations for daily operations in the department, guided primarily by balancing business needs with employee experience; * Monitoring, controlling, and reporting project performance, considering planning and financial indicators. * Ensuring interface with technical departments, guaranteeing alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables; * Acting as an enabler of management models, providing methodological support, critical analysis, and systemic vision. * Preparing executive reports on projects and departmental results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in project management; * Experience in process mapping; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced PowerPoint; * Intermediate-level Power BI. **Additional knowledge that sets you apart:** * Knowledge of Power Apps; * Strong ability to build *storytelling* for presenting projects and results. **Additional Information** **Why join Globo:** Come and let’s create stories and technologies together.
