Main Responsibilities: * Operate machinery according to procedures, demonstrating proficiency with equipment, control items, consumption targets, and quality standards. * Continuously monitor and inspect machine operation to prevent failures. * Arrange for or request replacement and repair of worn machine components. * Implement action plans upon identifying irregularities. * Monitor product and packaging quality based on laboratory test results. * Respond immediately to irregularities. * Prepare machinery for bottling start-up per the Operational Procedure (PO). * Control product and raw material losses. * Ensure confidentiality of documents and policies. * Maintain the machine’s safety system in optimal working condition. * Properly use and maintain PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPE), avoiding risks to health and the environment. * Perform cleaning and sanitation using appropriate chemical products. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace. * Understand measuring instruments and units of measurement. * Perform machine setup for new configurations. * Carry out minor repairs and lubrication as assigned. * Support the immediate supervisor during operations. * Request replenishment of raw materials and cleaning supplies. * Monitor raw material and product targets, taking corrective action when deviations occur. * Comply with company regulations and procedures. * Comply with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations. * Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor. * Perform duties under close and continuous supervision. * Follow 5S routines in your workplace. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Reside in Petrópolis, RJ, or nearby regions.
