This role involves direct management of the nursing team, ensuring service quality, proper implementation of clinical protocols, and efficient administration of medical supplies and resources—contributing to athletic high performance and holistic athlete care. Interested in this opportunity? **Join the Giant!** **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Organize, assign, and supervise team activities; * Ensure adherence to routines, protocols, and best clinical practices; * Administer medications according to medical prescriptions; * Assist physicians and dentists during consultations and procedures; * Organize medical supplies and equipment; * Manage inventory of medical\-hospital supplies; * Develop and revise nursing protocols and workflows; * Collaborate integrally within a high-performance sports environment. **EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams; * Proactive mindset with focus on clinical quality. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in sports or football clubs; * Experience in emergency and urgent care; * Knowledge of clinical process management.
