Interaction with commercial departments and supply assurance **Job Description:** ---------------------- Supervise activities related to goods receipt, verification, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory; Ensure physical inventory accuracy versus system records; Plan and coordinate distribution routes, optimizing delivery timelines and logistics costs; Manage the operational team (warehouse staff, verifiers, drivers, assistants, etc.), promoting training and continuous development; Monitor logistics performance indicators such as service level, cycle time, losses, and damages; Implement and maintain continuous improvement processes aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs; Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; Interact with commercial, procurement, and store departments to ensure smooth supply flow and customer service. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Residence in São Gonçalo or nearby regions **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience as a logistics supervisor, preferably in retail.
