Organization of digital processes **Position:** E\-commerce Intern **Location:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ (Penha Circular) About the Position We are seeking an intern to support the e\-commerce and marketplace operations of a company in the electronic security sector, contributing to online sales growth and digital process organization. Main Responsibilities * Product listing and updates on the website and marketplaces; * Creation and review of product descriptions, titles, and images; * Order tracking and online customer service; * Support in marketplace advertisement management; * Price and inventory updates; * Excel report generation; * Support in digital marketing and social media activities; * Assistance in promotional campaign creation. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, E\-commerce, or related fields; * Basic computer and Excel knowledge; * Ability to learn quickly; * Strong written communication skills; * Organized and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Mercado Livre, Shopee, or Amazon; * Familiarity with Canva; * Knowledge of social media and digital marketing; * Basic ERP knowledge.
