Job Summary:
Work as a generalist in Human Resources, responsible for executing, monitoring, and improving people management practices, providing consultative support to leadership and contributing to team development.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Act as a generalist across HR processes, responsible for executing, monitoring, and improving people management practices, providing consultative support to leadership, and contributing to team development and achievement of business objectives.
**Recruitment and Selection**
* Lead end-to-end selection processes for operational, administrative, technical, specialist, and leadership positions.
* Align candidate profiles with managers, defining technical and behavioral competencies required for open roles.
* Promote job opportunities, screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and apply assessment tools where applicable.
* Support managers in decision-making, ensuring hiring quality and adherence to established deadlines.
* Monitor recruitment and selection metrics and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
**Training and Development**
* Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership.
* Support implementation of corporate training and development activities outlined in the annual calendar.
* Guide managers and employees in developing and tracking Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
* Monitor development, onboarding, and upskilling programs, evaluating their effectiveness.
**Performance, Career, and Succession Management**
* Execute performance evaluation cycles, supporting managers and employees throughout all process stages.
* Participate in calibration meetings and support recognition and internal mobility processes.
* Contribute to career and succession planning by monitoring critical positions and supporting talent identification.
**Culture, Climate, and Engagement**
* Support dissemination of organizational culture and HR policies.
* Conduct climate and engagement surveys, consolidate findings, and support action plan development with leadership.
* Develop initiatives focused on employee experience, onboarding, internal communication, and recognition.
* Ensure employee data is updated in HR systems.
**Internal Consulting**
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership on people management topics, supporting decisions related to development, performance, internal movements, conflict resolution, and team organization.
* Advise managers on application of HR policies, processes, and practices.
* Monitor people-related metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of corrective actions.
**People Planning and Governance**
* Support preparation and monitoring of the people budget, including headcount, salary adjustments, promotions, and accruals.
* Prepare analytical and managerial reports on HR metrics.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and corporate guidelines.
**Offboarding**
* Support managers during offboarding processes.
* Conduct exit interviews, consolidate insights, and propose actions to reduce turnover and strengthen employee experience.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience as a Generalist HR professional, with expertise in Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, and internal consulting to leadership.
* Experience leading selection processes for operational, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.
* Knowledge of performance management, IDPs, organizational climate, training and development.
* Familiarity with HR metrics.
* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with HR management systems (e.g., Senior, LinkedIn, Sólides, or similar).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
* Knowledge of assessment methodologies, competency-based interviews, and competency-based management.
* Knowledge of AI
