Job Description: Report directly to the **Facility Management** and **Nursing Coordination**, working integrally with the ILPI’s clinical and operational guidelines. **Operational Area Management:** Coordinate and supervise **cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and reception teams**, ensuring adherence to routines, institutional protocols, hygiene standards, organization, and safety. **Schedule and Personnel Management:** Develop, monitor, and adjust **staff work schedules**, ensuring adequate sector coverage. Conduct **periodic feedback sessions**, performance monitoring, and team guidance, aligned with leadership direction. **Medical Certificates and Incident Management:** Receive, verify, and forward **medical certificates**, tracking absences, leaves of absence, and their impact on scheduling per instructions from Management, Nursing Coordination, and HR. **Planning and Organization:** Plan, organize, and monitor daily routines across areas under responsibility, ensuring smooth facility operations, residents’ comfort, and proper maintenance of facilities. **Quality Control:** Conduct periodic inspections of common areas, apartments, and operational sectors, ensuring standards of cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and institutional presentation. **Laundry and Linen Management:** Manage control, organization, distribution, and preservation of institutional and residents’ linens, ensuring appropriate usage and timely replenishment when necessary. **Facility Maintenance:** Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance requests, engaging internal teams and external vendors to ensure physical infrastructure safety and proper functionality. **Reception and Customer Service:** Supervise the reception team to guarantee courteous and organized service to residents, family members, visitors, and suppliers, per ILPI protocols. **Material and Supply Management:** Monitor inventory levels and support procurement of cleaning, laundry, and maintenance supplies, contributing to rational resource utilization. **Interdisciplinary Integration:** Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team—especially **nursing**—to align operational routines with resident-centered clinical care.
