We provide advisory services to high-net-worth clients through exceptional relationship management, identifying financial needs and new business opportunities—placing the client at the center and emphasizing principal-level expertise to maximize results/returns with competence, responsibility, and integrity.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
As a Principal Relationship Manager I, you will work within the Principal unit and your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding client service and fostering loyalty by providing personalized and humanized experiences;
* Managing a client portfolio with focus on relationship building, profitability, and retention;
* Identifying business opportunities and offering comprehensive financial solutions—including investments, credit, and insurance;
* Strategically attracting funds from competitors;
* Resolving conflicts and complaints empathetically, promptly, and with customer satisfaction as the top priority;
* Monitoring goals and performance indicators to ensure consistent delivery;
* Collaborating closely with investment advisors and assistant managers to promote synergistic client service;
* Representing the Principal segment with a consultative approach, sophistication, and deep technical expertise.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
What do you need to have or know?
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Active CEA (Certified Investment Analyst) certification;
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Experience serving high-net-worth clients;
* Experience managing portfolios and delivering consultative services;
* Strong commercial acumen;
* Solid knowledge of the financial market and investment products;
* Clear communication skills and a consultative approach in client interactions.
It’s a plus if you have:
* Fluent English (for reading documents and occasional interactions with clients or internal materials).
