Organize pedagogical events and activities OPPORTUNITY — PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATOR Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: 100% in-person Location: São Gonçalo/RJ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and supervise teachers and the pedagogical team across units; * Assemble classes and organize schedules; * Participate in inaugural classes and student integration activities; * Monitor class progress and provide pedagogical support; * Manage relationships with students and instructors to resolve issues; * Control, request, and arrange material transfers between units when necessary; * Assist in developing and organizing modules and content; * Organize pedagogical events and activities; * Ensure alignment and effective communication among teams and units; * Act with urgency, planning, and autonomy in addressing daily tasks; * Build strong relationships with team members, students, and instructors. ✅ REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience managing teams; * Classroom teaching experience; * Leadership profile and strong communication skills; * Organization, planning, and proactivity; * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities; * Autonomy in handling area-related tasks; * Availability to work at units in São Gonçalo, Niterói, and Itaboraí; * Driver's license categories A and B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
