Join us in embracing the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, examinations, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for the health, safety, and well\-being of employees in the Southeast region, with focus on power transmission activities; * Supervise occupational safety professional teams performing operational and maintenance interventions on transmission assets within the Southeast region; * Responsible for occupational risk management processes applied to preventive or corrective interventions in operation and maintenance of transmission assets, and implementation of related measures; * Monitor management processes for procedures and requirements applicable to contracted service activities; * Manage and analyze occupational safety data using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI; * Incident investigation and analysis; * Input and update monitoring dashboards for each plant, ensuring visibility of safety indicators; * Support standardization of safety processes and compliance with regulatory standards; * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; * Prepare technical reports and presentations for managers and regulatory bodies, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred), plus postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Prior experience related to the activities listed above; * Availability for travel and on-site support across multiple units; * Active registration with CREA and valid Category B driver’s license; * Proficiency in reporting and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, BI, etc.; * Preferred: Prior experience coordinating training events; supporting development of mandatory occupational health and safety training plans, especially NRs 10, 33, and 35\. **Desirable** Degree in Management System Auditing. * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, our people’s well\-being and quality of life fuel the energy that drives us.
