We are expanding our team and seeking someone passionate about technology and transforming the healthcare system to join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Requirements: **What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)** Manage and evolve our multi-cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud GKE and Azure), ensuring availability, performance, and security. This role combines technical and managerial activities, requiring cross-team and cross-functional integration. Automate provisioning and resource management using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). Administer Kubernetes clusters (GKE/AKS): node and pod configuration, vertical and horizontal scaling policies, updates, and security. Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters with GPU nodes for AI workloads, including deployment, observability, and scalability of models using Triton Inference Server. Build, optimize, and monitor continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for various needs (continuous deployments, hotfixes, load testing, code coverage, etc.). Implement observability systems: create metric dashboards in Grafana, logging and alerting, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), and define metrics and KPIs. Ensure infrastructure security by conducting vulnerability assessments and risk management. Develop advanced release strategies (blue/green, canary) and establish rapid, secure rollback procedures. Document architecture, standards, and procedures, and promote best practices. Collaborate with development and product teams, supporting incident resolution and platform evolution. **Essential Skills and Knowledge** Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure. Proficiency in containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and managed services (GKE/AKS), including hands-on experience managing GPU nodes and scheduling AI workloads. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), version control (Git), and pipeline automation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.). Knowledge of networking, security, and Linux systems. Experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and ability to communicate and coordinate across multifunctional teams. Intermediate technical English for reading and writing. * **Nice-to-Have** Experience with other cloud providers (AWS). Experience with AI inference servers such as Triton Inference Server, and familiarity with MLOps practices. Redis cluster management. Knowledge of our development stack (Node.js, Vue.js, MongoDB). Scripting for automation (Python, Bash). Experience migrating or managing repositories on GitHub or GitLab. Practical experience in information security, compliance, and DevSecOps.
