The Accounts Receivable area is vital to the financial health and sales performance of the business unit. Its mission is to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance across the entire financial cycle—from sale closure to final receipt—while also acting as the guardian of the commissioning policy and serving as the liaison between the commercial team, customers, and the corporate team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Advanced Knowledge of Billing and A/R: Essential to ensure fiscal compliance and the financial health of receivables. Proficiency in Spreadsheets/Modeling: Critical for billing calculations and complex commission allocations. Process Vision (Order-to-Cash): Ability to map, optimize, and document the entire cycle, identifying bottlenecks. Management and calculation of commission models (variable/performance); Revenue Control: Daily monitoring of sales volumes across different distribution channels (B2B, B2B2C, B2C); Calculation and Issuance: Calculate amounts to be billed, ensuring correct application of contractual terms and tariffs; coordinate alignment with partners and Head Office to request and issue Fiscal Invoices (NFs) and bank slips. Payment Assurance: Proactively interact with Corporate Accounts Receivable to track payment status and ensure collection of billed amounts, initiating collections in case of delays and reducing delinquency. Commission Management: Be responsible for the end-to-end process of calculation, determination, and management of variable remuneration (commissions), interacting with Commercial and Corporate teams to validate and release payments. Governance: Act as the guardian of the commissioning policy, serving as the interface between Commercial and Corporate teams to ensure correct application and payment. Support to Head Office: Serve as the Unit’s focal point for supporting Head Office in bank reconciliation, issuance of NFs and bank slips. Management Reporting: Generate insights and analytical reports on Billing, Receivables (Aging), and Sales Performance to support management decision-making. Ensuring Liquidity: Lead the Unit’s Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring all sold volume is billed and collected promptly and accurately, minimizing risks of delinquency and delays. Stakeholder Management: Act as a negotiator and facilitator, coordinating invoice (NF and bank slip) issuance and bank reconciliation processes executed by the corporate team, dependent on your interaction and data provided.
