Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives—fostering connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and lead the operations and maintenance team, ensuring efficiency and productivity; * Ensure the proper functioning of all operational areas of the shopping center and implement improvements when necessary; * Manage condominium finances, including cash flow, expenses, revenue collection, and performance indicator monitoring; * Collaborate with the commercial department to align revenue generation strategies and optimize income; * Develop and monitor the condominium budget, ensuring efficient use of financial resources; * Manage expenses related to utilities—such as water, electricity, and gas—and ensure equitable distribution among condominium owners; * Maintain and organize shopping center documentation and prepare the NOI budget for financial performance analysis; * Monitor and control operational costs, track revenue, and analyze financial results; * Monitor internal processes and audits; * Analyze technical indicators to identify improvement opportunities and use specialized software for maintenance management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering; * Experience in construction projects, maintenance, and infrastructure; * Experience in budgetary control; * Experience in team management. **Additional Information** What We Offer You * Meal/food allowance; * Transportation allowance/parking; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Birthday day off; * Acolhe (psychosocial support service); * Saber Online (internal learning platform); * Annual bonus. **Work Location:** Tijuca Shopping Center. **Work Model:** 100% in-person.
