**FORESTRY ANALYST \- Boslan, part of Accenture \- Electric Power Sector**
**Role Summary**
A professional responsible for supporting and executing forestry management activities within the scope of Enel RJ's operations and services, including forest inventories, pruning and removal inspections/surveys, authorization and conditionality management, evidence control, and monthly reporting, acting as an interface with internal departments and contracted companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct **forest inventories** for Enel RJ, including planning, mobilization, field records, data consolidation, and technical support in developing deliverables and reports;
* Perform **inspections and surveys** related to **pruning and removal**, applying checklists, recording evidence (photos/reports), identifying non-conformities, and tracking corrective actions;
* Monitor and manage **administrative forestry processes**, including **Pruning Authorization Requests (AA)** and **Suppression Authorization Requests (ASV)**, controlling deadlines, pending items, evidence, and service status;
* Monitor **conditionality requirements** associated with Pruning Authorization Requests (AA) and Suppression Authorization Requests (ASV), ensuring traceability, document organization, and client reporting;
* Manage Enel's **LPU (Land Use Plans)** (control, updates, evidence, indicators, and coordination with involved departments);
* Support Enel's **contractor management** regarding **Technical Responsibility** (documentation, ARTs, compliance, and evidence);
* Prepare and update **monthly reports**, spreadsheets, and monitoring dashboards (indicators, status, and evidence);
* Support and/or lead **training and guidance sessions** for internal and contracted teams on forestry best practices and contractual requirements.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering or Biology;
* Proven experience with **forest inventories** and field routines;
* Experience with **pruning and removal** (inspections/surveys, compliance, and evidence);
* Knowledge of **forestry processes and authorizations** (e.g., Pruning Authorization Requests (AA), Suppression Authorization Requests (ASV)) and conditionality follow-up;
* Proficiency in **Excel** (data control, database consolidation, tables, and indicators);
* Valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Familiarity with environmental agency interfaces and procedures (INEA and municipal agencies);
* Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint/Teams) and evidence standardization.
