Job Summary: A travel agency is seeking a Junior Apprentice to work at the reception desk and provide support to passengers, delivering information and assisting with check-in and baggage processes. Development within a travel agency environment The travel agency seeks a Junior Apprentice in Rio de Janeiro (Galeão). **Responsibilities:** Reception and welcoming of passengers in the check-in area. Assistance with enrollment in the airline's loyalty program. Support to passengers using self-service kiosks. Provision of general information and guidance to passengers. Assistance with baggage tagging and organization. Support with baggage check-in via self-service totems. Previous experience as an Intern, Services Apprentice, Learning Assistant, or Apprentice Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. Currently pursuing undergraduate studies.
