Job Summary: Professional responsible for receiving and interacting with the public, managing telephone communications, and maintaining an organized work environment while keeping visitors informed. Ensure the preservation and cleanliness of the workplace **JOB DESCRIPTION**: \- Receive and interact with external parties—including clients, contractors, or administrative units—in a friendly, attentive, and collaborative manner to provide information and direct them to their desired destination; \- Make and receive external and internal phone calls, transferring calls or taking messages as needed; \- Keep the supervisor informed about activities, difficulties, and needs; \- Record and maintain control of all visits, logging names, times, and purposes; \- Assess visitors' needs and direct them to the appropriate location or person; \- Guide users, residents, and visitors regarding building access; \- Stay updated on the organization’s structure, departments, personnel, and events within the area; \- Issue access cards to visitors, clients, and employees; \- Ensure the safekeeping, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, tools, materials, and the workplace; **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED**  \- Completed high school education \- Prior experience in this role \- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency \- Flexible availability for working hours **BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS**  \- Strong communication skills;  \- Courtesy   \- Proactivity / Initiative  \- Professional demeanor and personal presentation.  **Benefits** \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance \- Dental plan \- Group life insurance \- Good Card (pharmacy) card \- Gympass \- Sesc/Senac and Firjan membership benefits \- Discounts on courses and universities.
