Manage personnel and drive continuous process improvement **JOB: OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR – RESTAURANT / DELIVERY** We are seeking an Operational Coordinator to oversee store management and delivery operations. **Job Details:** * Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (intermediate shift) \- 1 Sunday shift per month * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law contract) * Salary: BRL 3\.500,00 \+ sales commission * Benefits: Transportation allowance and on-site meal benefit **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and coordinate physical store and delivery operations (Pizza, Pasta and Deli); * Lead customer service and kitchen teams, ensuring quality and productivity standards; * Monitor inventory and support operational process organization; * Track goals, KPIs, and sales performance on delivery marketplaces; * Manage personnel, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous process improvement.
