Job Summary: Control product inflow and outflow, conduct inventories, maintain warehouse organization, and assist in loss prevention at a Brazilian cuisine restaurant. Key Highlights: 1. Loss prevention and merchandise management **Location:** Urca, South Zone – Rio de Janeiro, RJ **Employment Type:** On-site \| CLT **Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off \- Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Intermediate shift) **About Us:** We are a restaurant specializing in Brazilian cuisine, focused on quality and excellent customer service. **Your Responsibilities:** · Record product inflow and outflow in the system or spreadsheets. · Conduct periodic inventories and stock counts. · Identify low-stock items and report replenishment needs. · Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. · Verify expiration dates and storage conditions, where applicable. · Generate stock movement and inventory reports. · Assist in loss prevention, misplacement, and material damage mitigation. · Receive goods (where applicable) and process fiscal invoices. · Assist in purchasing raw materials **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in basic arithmetic * Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or stockkeeper in **restaurants, bars, or hotels** (preferred). * Basic knowledge of sanitary surveillance regulations (ANVISA/good practices). * Basic computer literacy (Excel and inventory/ERP systems) * Familiarity with Colibri and Everest systems will be considered a strong advantage. * Responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Easy access to Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone. **Benefits Offered:** * Salary: R$ 2\.074,12 * Attendance bonus * Transportation voucher * On-site meals * Dental plan (after probation period), Wellhub (Gympass) partnerships, commercial partnership network, restaurant consumption discount, and birthday bonus.
