Job Summary: Responsible for obtaining quotations, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services for fire prevention and firefighting, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations. Organization and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers; * Purchase materials, equipment, and services related to fire prevention and firefighting; * Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and inventory control; * Evaluate quality, price, and supply terms; * Maintain an updated supplier database; * Support technical and operational departments regarding material requirements; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal regulations, and company procedures. **Required Knowledge and Qualifications:** * Experience or knowledge in procurement; * Preferred knowledge of fire prevention and firefighting materials and equipment (fire extinguishers, hoses, PPE, alarm systems, hydrants, etc.); * Basic understanding of negotiation and cost analysis; * Basic computer skills (Excel, e\-mail, procurement systems); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication; * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields is preferred).
