Job Summary: A health research institute is seeking a Junior Public Procurement Analyst to handle user support, proposal analysis, price research, and procurement process support. Key Highlights: 1. Attending internal and external users, and supporting requesters. 2. Analyzing supplier proposals and conducting price research. 3. Preparing documents and procedural instructions in government systems. A health research institute is seeking a Junior Public Procurement Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Provide support to internal and external users. Assist requesters in preparing product and service specifications. Analyze proposals from winning bidders in public tenders for award and approval. Support price research for procurement processes. Receive, organize, and consolidate procurement requests from departments and enter forecasts into the SPGC/PCA system. Support and monitor the managing unit in shared procurement processes. Provide support and assistance to procurement processes of requesting departments. Research and adhere to price registration records issued by other agencies. Prepare digital documents and artifacts—such as DFD, MR, ETP, and TR—in the Compras.gov.br system and perform procedural instruction in SEI. Respond to clarification requests, challenges, and statements from the Federal Prosecution Office related to procurements and bidding procedures. Monitor delivery and receipt of materials and services. Prepare, update, and maintain Excel-based procurement reports. Populate institutional systems such as SEI, SGA\-Compras, Compras.gov.br, and others. Previous experience as a Public Procurement Assistant, Public Procurement Coordinator, Bidding Analyst, or Public Procurement Specialist may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
