Collaboration with procurement and logistics departments Dana Cosméticos | Itatiba - SP | On-site Job Description At Grupo Dana, the Junior PCM Analyst will be responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, resource optimization, adherence to deadlines, and reduction of operational costs. Reports to Coordination. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and maintain up-to-date production capacity planning, considering demand and available resources. * Monitor and control performance indicators related to production planning and control. * Assist in production scheduling, ensuring process efficiency and optimization. * Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support production-related decision-making. * Collaborate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure availability of materials required for production. * Participate in alignment and status update meetings regarding production and demand. * Identify opportunities for improvement in production planning and control processes. * Support inventory control and inventory estimation. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum 1–3 years of experience. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools / TPM knowledge. * Proactive and organized profile. * Familiarity with NRs applicable to maintenance: NR10/12/13/35. * Experience in industrial environments (cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
