Manage the technical procurement process and monitor performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and select suppliers based on product or service quality, cost, and delivery capability. * Negotiate contracts and commercial terms beneficial to the company while maintaining fair and strategic balance. * Manage the technical procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with technical requirements. * Develop and apply performance indicators to continuously monitor and improve procurement effectiveness. * Place orders for parts and materials required by the company **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in related fields with a focus on procurement management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the glass installation industry. * Strong analytical ability to technically evaluate proposals. * Negotiation and leadership skills, capable of working independently.
