Responsible for leading dry supply chain operations and logistics, ensuring efficiency and service level through demand planning, supplier management, and commercial tools. Will define future logistics models, considering multiple suppliers, assortment complexities, and strategic negotiations with industry. Key responsibilities: * Lead dry supply chain operations and logistics, ensuring efficiency and service level through demand planning, supplier management, and development of commercial tools; * Define future logistics models, considering multiple suppliers, assortment complexities, geography, and strategic negotiations with industry; * Manage the entire Supply Chain process, including merchandise negotiation and procurement, order center management, system integrations, distribution center administration, inventory, working capital, warehousing, picking, drop sizes, minimum order quantities, and route planning; * Ensure efficiency and profitability in logistics operations, with optimized truck utilization, efficient routes, and competitive costs; * Meet service level indicators (OTIF) and ensure franchisee satisfaction, making logistics a differentiator in NPS; * Communicate transparently with field teams and participate in redesigning logistics models; * Enhance Route to Market to maintain a modern and active purchasing center; * Manage S\&OP, inventory, and third-party service providers to achieve operational gains and reduce damages; * Build dashboards and budget forecasts to ensure visibility and control; * Present results in an executive and strategic manner. 2511140202461868684
