Job Summary: Lead the IT team, manage departmental activities, create and improve processes, and develop technological strategies for the company. Key Highlights: 1. Information security management and IT governance **SENIOR IT SUPERVISOR** Responsible for leading the IT team. Assign tasks, define responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met; Create and improve processes based on standards, policies, and guidelines to control activities within the IT department, ensuring efficiency and user support; Responsible for managing IT department activities, including development of implementation projects, process rationalization, and process redesign; Execute IT projects, such as software development, system implementation, and technological innovations; Coordinate resources and implement solutions that add business value; Develop and integrate systems aligned with the company’s strategic needs, such as cost reduction, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency; Collaborate with the company’s decision-making body in developing business strategies, identifying opportunities for adopting cutting-edge technologies; Evaluate operational technology solutions, while also engaging in IT governance and process and procedure engineering; Identify and manage incidents and problems that may arise, creating methods and tools for IT management processes; Responsible for the entire Information Security process, establishing metrics and procedures that ensure the integrity of the company’s tools and systems. **Required Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Prior experience in this role; Experience managing teams; Strong knowledge of software, hardware, technical support, and information security; Flexible working hours; Easy access to Baixada Fluminense. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Life Insurance Basic Food Basket Dental Plan Funeral Assistance Medical Assistance Study Incentive Pharmacy Discount TotalPass Pharmacy Discount **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
